Our WaterCarrier project blog has been pretty quiet lately. We’ve been setting strategic  ‘next steps’ in place, lining up resources and expert help, and making decisions about how we will take this project to the next level. It’s not all that newsworthy–the daily, humdrum business of being good stewards for His Kingdom. But now summer’s over, vacations are behind us, and we’re laying the foundation stones for this year’s WaterCarrier activity.
