Good to learn of your effort in Dodoma, a tough place to do water work. I am a hydrogeologist and some friends and I started an NGO to support work in Dodoma. We have accounts in Dodoma and can wire money if this is of any help to you. We work with the Dodoma-based PEN Trust (pentrust.org). I also have the technical “lay of the land” (who does what and how well). A real need is building capacity to construct and service water supplies in this tough environment. If you haven’t run across them these folks seem to be doing some good repairing what’s broken http://texansintanzania.blogspot.com/ If we can collaborate or help in any way, let me know. We’ll be traveling to Dodoma end of October. Blessings
